Maintained by Ada County Assessor's Office continually. Recorded plats are cogoed into existing parcel fabric, using survey control points for accuracy. This layer contains all subdivisions stacked on top of each other, giving historical value in areas where older subs have been resubdivided. Used as map layer for analysis and display purposes Data users provide continuous feedback on data quality, with error reports acted on within two weeks.
