Some of the park entry points are not invalid if they are not located within a park. This is because access to the park may be through a corridor that is not part of the park proper. The field "Access" contains the access type the point is depicting. Greenbelt - Access to greenbelt or multiuse pathway.Park - Park Access pointQC done in June, 2015. New parks have not been added to this dataset as yet.Parks are a subset of the Open Space dataset, those parks that have corresponding address points are identified in a field called ParkPoints. Park access points are used to create service area layers rather than a park centroid to increase data accuracy. Also stored in this layer are greenbelt access points. Park points are only created for current parks that have usage. This could include reserves, undeveloped, and future if they have access to a pathway or neighborhood. A MERGE of AdaPublic.shp and CanPublic.shp Used the Field_Restructure model under ArcToolbox/#COMPASS TOOLS/#Administrative Tools to combine these files plus the "Open Space" data structure. Open Space fields were then manually calculated from the respective Ada & Can Public fields. Ada & Can Public fields were then deleted. Resulting in a "Public" file with a data structure identical to parks, golf, and cemetery.
